Injection Mould Tools
Our tools are manufactured in ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanroom environments
and built to exact customer specifications. Produced in line with SPI Mold Classifications (Class 101–105), each tool is designed for validated performance, with lifespan matched to application, material, and production volume.
Tooling Materials
Materials are selected to meet the demands of geometry, tolerances, resin compatibility, and volume – ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and long-term reliability.
Moulding Process Support
We support a broad range of moulding configurations, including cold and hot runner systems, gas-assisted moulding, rapid cooling, two-shot processes and both horizontal and vertical axis setups — each optimised to improve cycle time, consistency and output.
Design for Manufacture (DFM) Support
Before tool production begins, Moda engineers conduct DFM reviews of customer designs. We identify features that impact tooling, mould flow, or assembly, and recommend refinements to improve manufacturability, yield, and cost-efficiency.
Mould Flow Analysis
Comprehensive mould flow simulations are used to assess material behavior during injection. These simulations optimise gate placement, flow balance, cooling, and venting — ensuring tools support the production of high-quality, dimensionally accurate, and visually clean components.
